01 Local settings

Theme Lab uses local storage to remember your selected palette, font pack, textures, and other editor settings. These choices stay on your device and are not sent to a Theme Lab account. Use Reset defaults in the editor to restore its starting choices, or clear this page’s stored data in your browser settings.

02 Fonts and site requests

Font files are served here. Theme Lab does not connect to Google Fonts or another font provider. Page requests include the data needed to deliver them, such as an IP address and requested path. Cloudflare delivers these pages.

The site owner operates the Faro diagnostics service at telemetry.wayl.one. It can receive page paths, device and software details, performance timings, navigation events, and client errors. The script does not capture console arguments or automatic clicks. Before sending data, it removes query strings and fragments from URL values and redacts text that resembles a password, token, or cookie. Page paths and technical details remain.

Diagnostics are separate from the settings used to restore the page. Changing or clearing local settings does not erase diagnostics already sent to the service.

03 Optional remote images

If you choose a pattern image from a remote URL, your device requests it from the named host. That host may receive your IP address and other request data. Use an image hosted on your own service to avoid the remote request. The selected image URL is saved with the other local editor settings.
